Dr Soumendra Sahoo, is a head of the Department of Ophthalmology, Melaka Manipal Medical College, Melaka, Malaysia. He had completed his Master in Surgery (Ophthalmology) from VSS Medical College, Burla, Sambalpur University, Orissa, India. Prof. Dr Soumendra Sahoo having more than 15 years of teaching experience. He had credited several national and international research and review articles, books and chapters. His current field of research includes:- Novel Ophthalmic drug delivery system.
