Dr. Shouvik Chowdhury has completed BDS and MDS in oral & Maxillofacial surgery from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health sciences, Karnataka and Fellowship in advance maxillofacial surgery and implantology from Hosmat Hospital, Bangalore along with Fellowship in Aesthetic medicine from Institute of Laser and aesthetic medicine recognized by Griefswald University, Germany.
He has several publications in national and international journals and has authored 3 books on Efficacy of Clonidine and Adrenaline in Lignocaine Anesthesia, mandibular reconstruction and cleft palate.
His main interest in Maxillofacial trauma, cyst and tumours, oral cancer, orthognathic surgery and implantology. He is a certified pain and palliative care specialist by Indian association of palliative care. He is an editorial board member and reviewer in various national and international journals.
