I´m associate professor of Entrepreneurship and Marketing in Business and Enginnering at Production Engineering and Management Institute, Federal University of Itajubá , teaching strategic and operational marketing, Business Marketing, Service Marketing, Innovation and Entrepreneurial Education, Creating new business and business plan using Design Thinking and Active Learning. I´m counselor of final work business course and Business Consulting. I live in São Paulo City.
I´m founded, co-founded and coordinated multiple projects and programs at Federal University of Itajubá in entrepreneurship, technology and innovation fields: Entrepreneurship Universities, business startup and pre-incubation program; National Center for Helicopter technologies program in partnership with science and technological park of Itajubá and Brazilian Agency for Industrial Development; PII (Innovation Incentive Program), a partnership between the Secretary of Science and Technology of the State of Minas Gerais and SEBRAE; entrepreneurship and innovation in university management project, a first project developed in Brazilian federal university; entrepreneurial university project; integrated marketing plan project; program for development of partnership with companies.
I was director of several higher education institution in São Paulo City, Chief of Staff to the Rectors´ Office and vice dean for outreach program at Federal University of Itajubá. I worked over 15 years in large national and international companies and received several awards. I´m a co-founded of the Brazilian Association for Distance Education (ABED), I was the first executive secretary of Brazilian Association for Distance Education(ABED) and I was an academic coordinator of the first e-Leaning strategic seminars to CEOs in São Paulo City. I´m already organised several forum, conference and seminars in Brazil. I have a master’s degree in Administration from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and PhD degree in Engineering-Production from University of São Paulo. I'm expert in institutional evaluation in Higher Education. Since 2002, I´m accomplishing evaluation of institutions in brazilian higher education by National Institute for National Institute for Educational Studies and Research "Anísio Teixeira" linked to the Ministry of Education. I´m attended congresseses, conferences, academic and technical missions in Asia, Europe, USA and Latin America.
