EDUCATION:
Evans Ntim Amedor is a Tutor and Research Scientist in the Postharvest Department of Institute of Tropical Agriculture, Kumasi, Ghana. He obtained MPhil.Postharvest Technology degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2014, BSc. (Hons.) Agriculture from the University of Cape Coast in 2008 and a Diploma in Education from the University of Winneba in 2011. His research cuts across Horticulture, Postharvest Technology and Food Science. Evans currently has 3 scientific publications in reputable international journals and also a reviewer for 5 scientific journals.
