Has acquired more than ten years of professional experience in the specialty since May, 2005; completed three years of postgraduate residency at NSCB MCH, Jabalpur, done senior residency of one year from July, 2008 to September, 2009 and as faculty worked as Assistant Professor for more than two years from September, 2009 to January, 2012 at Veer Chander Singh Gharwali Government Medical Sciences and Research Institute, Srikot, Pauri (Gharwal), Uttarakhand, and four years as faculty at Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar (Mewat), Haryana, India since January, 2012; till February, 2015 as Assistant Professor, and presently as Associate professor since then.

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS:
He has published several research articles in indexed, peer-reviewed international and national journals. He has delivered talks and also presented papers, in different National and International Conferences.
He has been working extensively on the effect of tobacco addiction and its various products on the tumors of upper aero digestive tract.
He has published as co-editor and author/co-author of seven chapters of a book about oral habits in children and co-author of a chapter in a book of community medicine with a reputed publishing house.
Has got awarded second prize in consultant category at international platform for oration in Laryngology Summit 2014; organized by Larygology and Voice Association of India in scientific collaboration with British Laryngology Association, European Laryngology Society, Chevalier Jackson Society (IBES) and International Association of Phonosurgery.
