Dr.Surender Singh Narta
Dr. Surender Singh Narta has an Academic background in Commerce with several outstanding achievements as a bright student including National/Merit scholarships during schooling, at UG and University level, besides National Research Fellowships during Masters, M. Phil and Doctoral Research. He started his research career by working on Development Banks and Small Scale Industries in India during his M. Phil. research and later on conducted a detailed study of Progress and Practices of Capital Issues in India, which was highly recommended and was awarded Ph. D. Degree.
Dr. Narta, Former Chairman, in the Deptt. of Commerce, is associated with Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla (India) for the last 25 years where he has been successfully working in area of Finance, Banking and Accounting besides teaching students for M.Com, MBA, MFC, MIBM, MCA, BBA, BCA and DAT Degrees. He has successfully guided fifteen students for Ph.D. Degree and 80 students were awarded M.Phil. Degree. Dr. Narta has also guided 90 Master’s students of Business Administration (MBA), MFC and more than 100 Students of BBA on various Projects. Presently, Dr. Surender Narta is a Professor in the Department of Commerce, and Director, University College of Business Studies, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.
Dr. Narta has also successfully completed several Research Projects (funded by UGC, World Bank, SSA, IIHS, IIAS, MoHRD-GoI) on Development Banks, Cooperatives, Drop-out School Children & several important issues related to the Horticulturists. He is also a Resource Person with National Academy of Accounts & Audit of Probationers of All India Civil Services. Dr. Narta has also been associated with All India Radio (AIR) and Doordarshan Kendra, Shimla as an expert for the last fifteen years where he has also been giving Radio & T. V. Talks.
Dr. Surender Narta has more than 70 research papers to his credit published in Journals of repute and has presented several research papers in National /International Conferences/seminars and has also published 12 Books .Besides this, Dr. Narta is also a Member/ Life Member/ Honorary Member of several academic bodies and is also in the editorial boards of National/ International referred Journals. Dr. Gopal P. Sinha has been a distinguished visiting professor at IIT Kharagpur. He superannuated from the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Govt. of India, as Director on November 1s,t, 2009. Born on 17th July 1946.he did his B.Sc. (Engineering) in Mechanical stream in 1967, from Bhagalpur University, obtained his MBA from XLRI in 1975 and then Ph.D. (Engineering) from IIT, Kharagpur in 1983.He had trainining abroad in US Steel ,Pittsburgh, USA, Wharton School Pennysylvania, USA and MIT, Boston, USA.
Thirty one years of Industrial Experience:
Joining TATA STEEL in 1970 as an Industrial Engineer he attained the position of Head, Operations Research, formulating Business Plans to effect Cost Competitiveness. In 1994, he received the Franz Edelman Award* for the best OR/MS work in the world, jointly from The Institute of Management Science (TIMS) and the Operations Research Society of America (ORSA) at Boston, USA. Earlier, in 1993, he received the IFORS (International Federation of Operations Research) award for the best OR work in third world. He received SAIL Gold Medal four times, three in a row, first time in 2000 and then in 2003, 2004 and 2005 for work related to Iron and Steel Industries from the Institution of Engineers (India). He also received the Distinguished Engineer Award from the Institution of Engineers, in 2000.
A Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering (FNAE), Institution of Engineers (FIE) and Operational Research Society of India (FORSI), he was the Founder President of the Investment Casting Society(ICS). He is also the past National President of ORSI

The task force developed 5 technologies for net shape manufacture of metallic and composite components. Besides, he has been leader of several strategic projects like development of “Krishi Shakti”, the mini tractor for the common farmers of India, ‘Radio Frequency Quadruple (RFQ)” for ion-beam accelerator, robotic projects “All Terrain Robot (ATR) ”, “Sub- Terrain Robot” and “Underwater Autonomous vehicle (UAV)”.
He also headed the project “Soleckshaw”, for the development of solar power assisted cycle rickshaw, for reducing drudgery and creating employment for millions in a societal mission, mode.
Served as Member of the Research Council of Central Scientific and Instruments Organization, Natonal Aerospace Laboratories, Structural Engineering Research Centre, Central Glass and Ceramic Research Institute, and the National Metallurgical Laboratory.

I am by name OYEDOKUN, Akintunde Jonathan. I had my first degree in Business Administration from University of Ilorin Nigeria in 2002 and a Master of Technology Degree in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso in 2008. I obtained a Master of Science Degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from University Sussex, Brighton, United Kingdom in 2013. I had aPh.D.in Management and Entrepreneurshipfrom Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosoin 2014.
I had 10 years teaching and research experience in the university system (2005-2016). My area of research focus is in Strategic Management with a lead in Entrepreneurship. I was awarded the Highest Mark for Research Project in Business and Management, by University of Sussex, Brighton, United Kingdom in 2013.
I have over the years taken responsibility in various position and designation in university community. Notable among which are Result manager, Student advisor, University Examination Committee Member, Coordinator Part -Time Program and Member Faculty welfare committee.
I was the secretary to the strategic committee on the 1st International Conference on Institutional Frameworks, Building and National Development organised by the Department of Management and Accounting Ladoke Akintola University, Nigeria. I also attended conferences on Directors of Entrepreneurship in Nigeria and I am also a member of the Institute of Entrepreneurs in Nigeria. I have to my credit twenty one published journals articles index in reputable data base.

Dr. Sunil Kumar is a Statistics Professor, Scholar and Researcher. For last two and a half years, he is working with Alliance University, Bangalore (India). Dr. Sunil spent one year as Visiting Scientist/Professor at Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. Dr. Kumar hold graduate and post graduate degrees in Statistics from University of Jammu and Master of Philosophy and Doctorate degree in Statistics in the year 2007 and 2010, respectively, from Vikram University, Ujjain, M. P. (India).
Dr. Kumar is the referee and editorial member of several International journals in the frame of Statistics and Management studies. Dr. Kumar has published many articles in International publications.

Dr. Ridzwana Mohd Said
Dr. Ridzwana Mohd Said obtained her Ph.D from the International Islamic University Malaysia, Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from University Technology MARA. She is currently a senior lecturer at the Department of Accounting and Finance, Faculty of Economics and Management, Universiti Putra Malaysia.
Her research interests include social and environmental reporting and sustainability reporting. Dr. Ridzwana has a number of publications in varied journals and a number of chapters in edited books. Currently, she is an Associate Editor of International Journal of Economics and Management (IJEM).
Dr. Lorena Mathien
Dr. Lorena Mathien is an Assistant Professor of Business in the Business Department at the State University of New York at Buffalo State (Buffalo State). She received her PhD from the State University of New York at Buffalo (UB) in Operations Management and Strategy (minor: Management Information Systems) in 2012, her MBA with a concentration in International Business from UB in 1996, and her BS in Marketing Management from Syracuse University in 1992. She maintains her CPIM (certified in production and inventory management) certification from APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) and her PMP (project management professional) certification from PMI (Project Management Institute). She has over 17 years of industry experience and independently contracts on smaller projects with local companies.

Research
Dr. Mathien is currently working on a research stream in logistics outsourcing. Her works in progress include a comprehensive study of logistics outsourcing practices, as well an empirical study of the application of production competence theory to logistics outsourcing. She is presenting an empirical paper on resources and dynamic capabilities in logistic outsourcing decisions in New Orleans in spring 2016. Dr. Mathien recently published a simulated study of inventory management practices in e-business environments. Similarly, she is working on another simulated case study in the copper manufacturing industry.

Dr. Mathien is actively involved in both departmental and institutional service. She serves on the board of the Western New York Chapter of CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals). She volunteers her time to the community as well through Olmstead Parks and Retree WNY.
