I am graduated from Mansoura Medical School, at 1997 in this year, I immediately joined to internship year at Mansoura University Hospital. I rounded in 6 variable branches of medicals departments. Finally, I decided to specialized in one branch of internal medicine. I found a clinical toxicology branch is a highly characteristic one as, it is characterized by an interesting new trend branch of internal medicine, with rapidly progressive new erra of medical science. Once; I joined a Clinical Toxicology department; I started my preparatory steps for a master degree in clinical toxicology branch. I passed the first part of master degree which involved, Clinical Pharmacology, General Internal Medicine, Medical Statistics, Basic of Medical Research, General Toxicology, Pediatrics, Environmental Medicine and finally Analytical Toxicology. I stated to deal with variable cases of acute intoxication, according to protocol of anagement by Mansoura medical School/ Clinical Toxicology department. In this period, my seniors, trained me in how to perform a meticulous history taking, careful examination and application documented protocol of management of variable acute intoxicated cases over 8 years from 1999-2007. Over this period, I managed more than 10.000 of acute intoxicated cases .
I catched my doctor degree in 2007 and iaked a position of assistant professor in toxicology in from this dato to June 2013, when I catched a degree of associated professor. I continued my research studies in variable branches of toxicology, I published more than twenty one international publications in clinical toxicology, forensic toxicology, therapeutic drug monitoring and substance abuse branches of toxicology. Also, I written five books in clinical toxicology (100 pages in Clinical Toxicology and Tabulated Acute Toxicity Form), forensic toxicology (Forensic Toxicology Lines), Therapeutic drug monitoring (Therapeutic drug monitoring Spotlights) and Finally (substances Abuse Catastrophes).
Regarding teaching skill, I start my teaching experience. After I finished my mater degree. I started my clinical toxicology teaching skills, setting, courses and workshops. In the period between 2002-2007 I perform over 37 complete courses each one formed from 25 theoretical setting and 10 practical rounds in clinical toxicology branches for variable education level under-and postgraduate levels. I performed 7 international workshops in clinical toxicology branch. Involvement Sim Man 3 G manikin characterizes the last one with real 33 acute toxicity simulating case scenario practical training. And one of them also involve Real therapeutic drug monitoring course with online application of real practical case scenario. From 2011-2014 I construct and supervise a new electronic system for dealing with variable branches of toxicology, It is a unique system OTARR (Online Line Analytical Toxicology Request and Results) Witch transform all process of dealing with poison information center to be transport from paper form to electronic form.
One of the problem that facing me in toxicology practice is adulteration of the urine sample in cases of suspected substance of abuse. I design an new system for chain of custody joined with RFID technique to avoid adulteration or cheating an biological sample at any stage tell reach the toxicology laboratory followed by continuous maintain electronic supervision as it remain inside the laboratory even after lapsed of several months.
