Dr. Noureddine Benkeblia is a Professor of Crop Science and Head of the Laboratory of Crop Science, Department of Life Sciences, Faculty of Science and Technology, University of the West Indies Mona Campus, Jamaica. His research areas include postharvest qualities of fresh crops, and the application of advanced technologies to extend the shelf-life of fresh commodities. Prof. Benkeblia has an extensive research and teaching experience in crop science, and has a strong expertise in plant science.
