Dr. Yasmin Grewal graduated in dentistry from Pune University (India). She then pursued a Master's degree in Community Oral Health and Epidemiology from University of Sydney (Australia). After working in public health dentistry in rural India she discovered practical health related issues faced by communities as a whole.This prompted her to acquire a Master’s degree in Global Public Health from New York University (USA). She has worked in non-profit, for-profit and the education industries in the role of field researcher, policy analyst and faculty in dental institutions.Dr. Yasmin Grewal is currently the Head of the Department of Public Health Dentistry at Rayat Bahra Dental College and Hospital (Punjab). Her research interests include the public health infrastructure and awareness, current trends in global health policy and in creating awareness regarding effective data-driven health policies using cutting edge technology.
