Effectiveness of Yoga on Stress Among Primigravid Women in Third Trimester

Abstract


Pregnancy and childbirth are the events that touch nearly every aspect of the human experience. Pregnancy brings both psychological and physical changes to women. It can be time of potential stress for many women. The stress in pregnancy makes the women difficult to continue her pregnancy and to perform her daily responsibilities.
