Myelofibrosis Case in a Child

Abstract


Complexity myelofibrosis diagnosis at an early stage is that it takes place under other conditions mask: anaemia, abdominal pain, enlarged liver and spleen. This article describes a case of myelofibrosis in a child, when the diagnosis was made late, which resulted in a poor prognosis.
